Founder of Meadowsweet Therapies
'Healing and helping people is my deepest passion. Bringing a smile back and alleviating pain is the biggest reward I could ask for.
The treatments I offer are guided and unique to each client and my bespoke treatments are designed for a deep release of tension and trauma held in the body. I combine my formal training in health and wellbeing with a gentle, intuitive feel for energy work.'
A Sanctuary of Serenity
I've created a peaceful sanctuary at Meadowsweet Therapies where you can truly switch off and focus inward. As a qualified massage therapist in Hawkhurst, Kent, every element is carefully curated for deep relaxation, from the gentle scents to our countryside setting.

This is more than just a treatment, it's a vital pause designed to replenish your energy, allowing your nervous system to rest and restore your natural sense of calm, providing the authentic space you need to heal.
